Are you a call centre?

No - a call centre employs hundreds of people (agents) who take calls for thousands of businesses. The same agent may never take another call for you and may not even be in this country!
This virtually guarantees your client an ‘impersonal’ answer when they phone you.

officefront ,on the other hand, will always allocate to you a team of 3 trained, friendly, well spoken receptionists. This means your regular callers will get to know "your" receptionists – and vice-versa. This creates a warm reception for your callers and the impression that "your" receptionists are answering the call.

Are your prices higher than some other similar services?

No, we do not think so, we give transparent prices, watch out for all the hidden extras in other companies' pricing!

Some of our competitors will charge up to four times for the one call: a charge to answer the call, a charge to take the message, a charge to send the message and a charge for the format the message is sent in. Incredible!

Instead, we at officefront have developed our packages to be as inclusive as possible. Why? ..Because we are sure you want to feel comfortable with a 'what you see is what you get' package rather than fear the unknown or unexpected.

Is officefront a ‘Virtual’ business?

No, come and meet us. You will find us and your receptionists at our Head Office.

It’s all designed so that when your client phones in and talks about the weather, your officefront receptionist is looking out of the window at exactly the same weather! (Well... if the caller is in London)
