We've been using Office Front for years now, and cannot fault their service. Even when there's a technical hitch, they will always keep us up-to-date and the cause of the issue. Fairly competitive, and certainly a lot more cost effective than hiring a person full time to answer our calls.

I have been using Officefront for years and they do exactly what you need them to do. My previous virtual assistants missed calls and were out of action causing me to lose crucial work. This doesn't happen with Officefront as they have been efficient and helpful from day one. Would totally recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra hand in their business.

We continue to work with them as the services that they provide are second to none, and so can happily recommend them to any organisation, large or small, as their capabilities are excellent!
They are fabulous receptionists and admin assistants, and the energy and enthusiasm provided by the Daws House team, of Ramona, Karen, Sam and Susana, overseen by Peter and Sandy, is infectious!
