These mistakes often underscored how vital it is to convey the right message in the right way.
Conversely, those who excelled at communicating over the phone taught him the value of clarity, active listening and professionalism. Their ability to create rapport, articulate their points concisely, and navigate conversations gracefully left lasting impressions.
They demonstrated that every phone call is an opportunity, not just to convey information but to build trust and relationships.

Starting as a secretary, she progressed through various departments, including customer service, sales, administration, accounting, and compliance. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded skill set and deep insights into our clients’ needs.
Over the years, she has played a key role in managing operational improvements, such as implementing new platforms and processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for many of our clients.

On 1 April 2025, we will celebrate 25 years in the remote Telephone Answering Service industry, or as we like to call it, our Off-Site Switchboard Service.
Our journey began when we recognised a unique opportunity created by advancements in technology and significant cost reductions in telephony, which made call answering service not only viable but also highly effective. This strategic decision to embrace innovation and respond to emerging needs allowed us to build a successful business.
Covid 19 pushed our service further to the forefront for many businesses and professional firms. When their staff were forced to work from home and couldn’t access their offices, we at OfficeFront were able to bring their business to their homes, seamlessly.
We’re proud to say that from 23 March 2020 (first lockdown) we have not missed one day, keeping everyone connected!
Over the years, we’ve learned a great deal by adapting to new challenges. Running this business has required creativity, a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, a commitment to learning evolving technologies, and a drive to continuously develop and expand our service offerings.
